Manage ApplicationBloc Stream Data for individual user #114

Hi, How will we manage the application bloc stream data for individuals, like User-A logouts and User-B logged-in.
Every time user B logged-in, gets stream events from ApplicationBloc layer which had pipe events for previous user.
Can you look into this ?

Recommend using flutter_bloc to manage your app.
