Moving items results in deleted items

What is the current behavior?
When moving an item that already exists on the git repository, syncing this change can cause the item to be deleted.

The behaviour is similar/identical to issue #369

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

1. Move an item from one subtree to another (both subtree may fall within the same unicorn sync project)
2. Check that the files have been changed in your git and discard these changes
3. Resync and see that unicorn attempts to move the item back
4. See that the item is deleted

What is the expected behavior?
Unicorn should move the item without deleting it.
