For the case of two consecutive S-bends, there is a problem.

Example:
a SiN waveguide (800 nm, TE 1310), EBeam PDK.

Points:
628.000 -129.000
726.000 -129.000
726.000 -50.000
784.000 -50.000
784.000 81.000
