DDOs attacks, hosted on Oxygen. Shopify (local) support seems clueless about Oxygen and Hydrogen and keeps asking me to fix my server settings

Hi, our websites are getting targeted by bots and this is messing up with our Sanity plan as well. The Shopify team seem clueless and have no idea how to respond to it. Is there someone capable of checking into this and just simply block the IP of the bots?
