DIFF_NODE should belong to DIFF

Currently, `DIFF_NODE` and `DIFF` are just connected through `DIFF-[HAS_DIFF_ENTRY]->DIFF_NODE`. However, we should also introduce a relationship in the other direction, according to the general Masymos-style:  `DIFF_NODE-[BELONGS_TO]->DIFF`
