Check how /bbot/cache_classvar.py works and add another cache_redis.py implementing set/get of Cache ABC

Also add a redis container ready to work in the provided docker-compose.yml file in /docker folder.
Add an entry to /instance_example/.env_development file with redis server data of the server in the container
