[ENH] delete "keep-old" ads after x-days

😕 Addressed Problem

I publish my ads every day to get as much attention as possible.
I use the “keep-old” option that users who e.g. bookmarked the ad but do not react so quickly are not shown the ad as deleted. Unfortunately this results in a lot of ads after a short time.

Implement delete "keep-old" ads after x-days.
