Support for QuestDB

I want to add support for QuestDB, I am wondering if you will be open to merging it if I get it up, or I should make it a project on its own

there is a couple of specialised command for QuestDB such as SAMPLE BY FILL etc

I'm thinking of wrapping in a form of a feature
e.g

sea-query = { version = "0.32.1", features = ["questdb"] }
