What problem are you trying to solve?

"enshittification (uncountable) (neologism, Internet, vulgar) The phenomenon of online platforms gradually degrading the quality of their services, often by promoting advertisements and sponsored content, in order to increase profits." Wiktionary, Wikipedia

It seems the "enshittification" of codesandbox.io has started. When trying to edit one of the many examples you provide, I get the message "Sign in to fork & edit this sandbox".

Other providers show that this is technically not necessary, so it's a pure measure of creating user registrations to show growing numbers to satisfy (potential) investors.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if you could switch to a different provider, so that quick editing of examples for testing does not require a registration and giving up personal data to yet another platform on the Internet.

Describe alternatives you've considered
