Update: In CoastSeg 1.3 for the zoo workflow users have the ability to load in coregistered imagery. CoastSeg expects the coregistered imagery to be in the same format as a typical satellite folder like L8 is for shorelines to be extracted successfully.

To complete this feature there will need to be a guide on coastseg website how to coregister, what format the data should be in to work properly, and some links to a few tools.
