Wrong resolution in FFMPEG from the Pipe

I'm working on Windows with a 4K monitor split screen. I have 2 x 1920x2160 resolution.
I'm using StealthPlugin with user-agent-override, forcing window-size to 1920x1080 and defaultViewport. But, with FFMPEG, when I catch the Pipe, It says 1920x2160 and the RTSP stream has that resolution.

Weird. I removed the defaultViewport and all is fine.
Do you know a way to ameliorate the quality of it? I'm sending the signal to my rtsp streamer and It is not nice quality
