CircleToolbarItem Icon Looks Weird

If Flaticon icons are used with CircleToolbarItems, icons look big and weird. I've tried with 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 64x64 icons every one of gives the same result.

Interesting thing is when I use play button icon from the examples, It's rendered as normal. And scales well.

Can anyone describe me why this happens?
