In these days of heightened security, we should probably be signing our ST & TC & TF minutes and agendas so that we can prove that digital records were not altered. This may extend to our publishing pipeline

Proposed Solution:

Debate the merits of adding signatures and what the requirements signature should satisfy e.g. identity, authenticity and integrity.
