`--csv` option does not generate any images

**Describe the bug**
From the help docs:

`--csv              Generate CSV files to be ingested in a database.  This results in no dicom images being generated (i.e. only csv tag data in flat files)`

Why no images :( surely we should be allowed to generate both at the same time
