OPEL Alpha/Beta Release Schedule

Since there is not any milestone in this project, we have a difficulty in documentation and usage.
Therefore, we have a schedule to release 3 alpha versions of OPEL.
We will make documents in Github Wiki pages based on those alpha versions.

Currently, OPEL Alpha 1 and 2 are in progress, and Alpha 3 is scheduled to be proceeded based on the Alpha 2.
