Add support for quadlets (podman containers) #313

Podman allows one to create containers in a systemd style unit file. This is then gets generated in the background into a fully fledged systemd unit. It would be nice to support these types of units as well. Full documentation for the latest stable version of podman is here: https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/markdown/podman-systemd.unit.5.html
