Use OpenMeteo for free weather service without API key #242

Currently the only service for Weather that works out of the box is the Norweigan one.

Open-Meto is a great replacement for the defunct DarkSky.

No need for an API key, so it can work out of the box, and can resolve locations unlike the current one.
