How to build the Ramses Client Application

To ensure compatibility on most systems, here are the systems used to build Ramses.

Linux / openSSL 1.0

Used to build Ramses for Linux systems using openSSL 1.0.

Using Qt 5.9.9 LTS to make sure Ramses runs on Ubuntu 18.04.

Deploy as a .deb package, test on Ubuntu 18.04

Used to build Ramses for Linux systems using openSSL 1.1.

Using Qt 5.12.5 LTS to make sure Ramses runs on Ubuntu 20.04 and above.

Deploy as a .deb and an .appImage packages, test on Ubuntu 20.04

Using the latest Qt 5.15.2 LTS.

Using the latest Qt 5.15.2 LTS.
