Hi @nlamirault,
this is the current production cookbook for the Raspberry Pi platform:
https://github.com/RuneAudio/RuneOS/blob/master/01_raspberrypi/cookbook_rpi_production.txt
and this is the more general one for developing purposes:
https://github.com/RuneAudio/RuneOS/blob/master/cookbook_development.txt

Both are going to be discontinued soon, replaced by a new and unified one, which will cover all platforms.

Is there a RuneVM ? I read this on the cookbook file :

# HW platform: RuneVM (06)

There's a plan to release it in the future, also based on the new cookbook.

I'm also very interested and looking forward to new release or at least any working cookbook.

When using Raspberry Pi and it's last release (v0.3-beta) - upgrading distro via pacman -Syu cripples whole system.

I think that due to ArchLinux's nature of "rolling distribution" I'm currently unable to update/rebuild kernel or install "youtube-dl" (unable to get dependencies which are currently outdated) :(

Building RuneAudio from scratch (based on current ArchLinuxArm image https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv6/raspberry-pi) and following https://github.com/RuneAudio/RuneOS/blob/master/scripts/cookbook_prod_OLD.txt unfortunately also doesn't work. Even using older commits (of both RuneOS and RuneUI) and manual package installation fails.

Or is there any other way how can I get updated version ie.v0.4-beta as released for Rpi2? But for Rpi1?

(Simply I need newer kernel because of integrated wifi driver of my dongle and also, I want to be able to install actual packages from repo)
