Hello.

I want to use RubixML to make classification or ranking for urls list based on their web page summary text context.

So how to do this using RubixML ???
What is the best way to make eb pages (urls) ranking using RubixML ???

Awainting your anwser (help).

Rubix ML doesn't have any learning to rank capabilities at the moment.
