foxops should measure "distance" of incarnation from template

Foxops should have a functionality that allows to quickly see customizations that were performed in a specific incarnation.

For example a diff that says which additional changes would need to be done to get the same incarnation if it was recreated from the template right now.

Another nice to have feature: Specify the "distance" from the original template somehow as a number (number of files changes, number of lines changed, percentage of lines changed compared to total LoC)
