404 not found error with pycharm codegpt / aiproxy plugin

The AI proxy pycharm plugin helps set a url for ollama models, I set it and it figures out the models available etc, but then when asking it something, it fails with a 404 not found error. No logs available etc.

Unknown API response. Code: 404, Body: {"detail":"Not Found"}

Any idea why this might be happening?
