User Settings

We will need some settings someday, so we should already think of them before it's too hard to implement.

a) How do we structure it? (in terms of data/storage)
b) How do we display it?

My ideas regarding display:
Add a SETTINGS tab for that. We should remember to let the system capabilities (cmd+,) switch to that too, and it should be available before connection
