Does OSXphotos export photos from albums shared with me?

If someone shares an album with me, but I do not import the photos does OSXphotos still export them?

If you use --download-missing then yes these will be exported. Shared photos aren't stored on disk by default so you need to use --download-missing. To prevent shared photos from being exported, use --not-shared
