is it possible for you to make the classic one into a screensaver?

you can set the actual web page as a screensaver through the URL (you'll need internet to display it as it literally loads the page instead of a wallpaper).

Wallpaper engine will probably let you do it (haven't tried it tbh but it should be possible) or lively wallpaper. just create a new wallpaper and paste the url in there

I used Lively wallpaper. Note that there's an extra install step to get it to work as a screensaver.
