Error from version 8 in Gnome 41.3

Hello,

I love this extension! Unfortunately after an update I started facing this error:

GObject_Object.prototype.[__GObject__hook_up_vfunc] called on incompatible Object

I'm running in debian, on gnome 41.3 under X11. I've attempted installing from source and manually from the extensions page (both versions 8 and 9).

I'm on Manjaro, using X11, on gnome-shell 42.2 and have tried both v8 and v9.
