OSE 3.1 offline image with demo does not work offline #119

Symptom: S2I builds remain in state "pending" without a internet connection being present

To reproduce:

disable WLAN / unplug ethernet from host computer
vagrant up
log in & run demo script "preparation / introduction" part 3 "create an application hosted on openshift from source code"
Build stays in status "pending"

Environment:

OSX 10.10.5
VirtualBox 5.0.10 r104061
Vagrant 1.7.4
