We can remove the publish script now as that will be handled by travis. We can also move the eslint config into the dx folder as well as all the travis stuff and the rollup config and the commitlint config as well. Wrapping it all up in a folder will keep the top level directory cleaner and organize some of developer experience related configs into one place. I hate going to repos and seeing MASSIVE amounts of files at the top level when I just want to see their readme first. The logo should really capture the eye of a first time visitor.
