Fedora installation needs add read permissions to all files.

Hello.
The script generates the RPM, but, when installed with DNF, the files doesn't have the "other" read or execute permissions.

I'd  changed the permissions using command line and works fine.
Also,some links in /usr/lib64 to locate the shared libraries must be added .
I think that the postinstall script in the spec must do this change.
