@jwflory we have to email the relevant department to reserve a GCCIS lab since none of them let you reserve it in EMS, and that part needs to be documented in the runbook. I have the contact for IST, not sure if they want that email in the runbook since it's not on the IST website anywhere.

Since we already have some contact info in the Runbook, I think it will be okay to include it. If isn't widely advertised, then we can try to censor it in the Runbook from bots, e.g. email [at] domain [dot] com.

We have reserved for Fall 2018, apparently there are extra/different steps for going through a department ("third-party service provider"), and apparently we found an issue in their process that they're working on. Currently waiting on club office to give more information.

Partly updated in #53 - still pending on Club Office for more info on how this will be fixed in the future

Partly updated in #53 - still pending on Club Office for more info on how this will be fixed in the future. We may want to consider closing this issue until next semester if we aren't hearing back and/or depending on how reserving a room for TigerOS goes.

We now have to fill out a form on CampusGroups to get the reservation approved. Kudos to @jrtechs for emailing club office about this
