Description

15.4 networking seems to be broken for the nrf52 boards. I tested it using the gnrc networking example (examples/networking/gnrc/gnrc_networking/) which no longer drops the user into the shell. It hangs before it gets there. Related examples like the border router are also broken.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Build the example on an adafruit feather or nrf52840 dk.
