dump not listed when --no-telemetry not specified

Hi there,

I just stumbled upon a surprising behavior:

$ replibyte --config config.yml dump list
⠁
 name     | size   | when           | compressed | encrypted
----------+--------+----------------+------------+-----------
⠐
$ replibyte --no-telemetry --config replibyte.yml dump list
⠁
 name     | size   | when           | compressed | encrypted
----------+--------+----------------+------------+-----------
 20230709 | 322 MB | 29 minutes ago | true       | false

Is it expected or an issue?
