请尝试将 requests 库升级到最新版
pip install requests --upgrade

我也有这个问题，不过不是包版本的问题，是因为python有一个很抽象的问题……
总之只要关掉梯子就能用了。python的这个问题具体是为啥我一直也没搞清楚。
