I may be overlooking it, but it appears to me that starkandwayne/concourse-tutorial does not have a LICENSE file. Would you all please consider adding one?

Apologies if I'm mistaken and thanks so much for the very-helpful concoursetutorial.com!

@drnic Great - thanks so much. To offer context, I'm hoping to get some clarification on concourse-tutorial's license before moving forward with some usage and potential contribution plans within my company.

@drnic Any idea yet what you want to do for licensing? I was surprised to see that the concourse/docs repo was not licensed either.

@drnic I did find a reference to MIT license on the concourse/docs site if that helps you make a decision.
