🐛 Describe the bug

Using the following command gives me an error about the version of GGUF installed:

Loading a GGUF checkpoint in PyTorch, requires both PyTorch and GGUF>=0.10.0 to be installed. Please see https://pytorch.org/ and https://github.com/ggerganov/llama.cpp/tree/master/gguf-py for installation instructions.

ImportError: Please install torch and gguf>=0.10.0 to load a GGUF checkpoint in PyTorch.

However, this requirement is incompatible with the requirements-common.txt in aphrodite-engine, which requires gguf==0.9.1.

As a workaround, if I force pip install gguf==0.10.0 the deployment works as expected.
