Error al agregar gasto para proveedor sin datos bancarios #244

El sistema permite agregar proveedores y dejar en blanco los datos bancarios:

Al agregar un gasto de evento para ese proveedor, el sist. falla con error 500.

Da KeyError en dict(self.ACCOUNT_TYPE_CHOICES)[self.account_type]
