Cookbook Gallery Desired Features

Creating a list here of changes to make and changes we wish we could make:

• clean up tags, some Cookbooks might have too many which makes it harder for us to have visually similar cards
• make thumbnail images roughly the same size vertically, or centered vertically (currently they are set to have the same width)
• do we want to have some descriptive text on each Cookbook's card?
• do we want the resource gallery and Cookbook gallery to visually match?
  • if so, need support for building gallery from yaml file with custom fields
• filtering based on field and package
