Installing the Prostate MRI segmentation model from model zoo

Hi,
I am a beginner looking to use MONAI for my University Project, I have downloaded MONAI using the tutorial on YouTube from TheCaraCara and I am now trying to download the Prostate MRI segmentation model from model zoo but I am not sure how to do it. I am ultimately trying to train an AI to detect and score prostate lesions with the segmentation model as my starting foundation. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
