Option to add layers with WMS #717

I am really not an expert on this. But it would be a great feature to be able to add external WMS maps as overlay layers on maps.

I guess this relates to #92

As example, there are many specific maps on the European Open Data Portal in this format and it would be great to be able to use those in maps: https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets?locale=en&minScoring=0&format=WMS_SRVC&page=1
