update website hugo version

Our website is a static html site generated by hugo from Markdown but we are running a very old version of hugo both to test and to deploy and to test.

The task here is to update that and make sure none of the website's functionalities got broken.

Looking into this now. Found out the version 56 of hugo made the website go from

It's probably the best if we separate our theme customization from the base theme as that way we don't have to keep track of so much stuff.
