As a user, I want to see the full range of years that someone was affiliated with the CDH, so I know who is a consistent collaborator.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As the title suggests, we want to show all the years/year ranges that someone has been affiliated with the CDH on their profile. Initially we had grant year ranges that displayed on profiles on the affiliates page, but that ran into issue #197 where the ranges were incorrect, so the range display has been disabled for now – we only show the year of the most recent grant.

Describe the solution you'd like
One solution would simply be listing off all the years and various grants, but this could get verbose quickly in the small space afforded by a profile card. Perhaps we could list 2 or 3 of the most recent grants, or change up the way that the title is displayed.

Additional context

Screenshot shows how the grant year ranges used to display prior to #197, which includes the full year range of grants but only names the most recent grant. This is confusing because Josh didn't have an enhancement grant for all those years displayed – he only had one in 2021. The other years were for different grants.
