Incorrect behavior of checkout - payment methods

Hi, we are using the Hummingbird theme in our new shop and everything was working fine until we enabled PrestaShop Checkout. Unfortunately, the payment methods in the checkout are not displayed correctly. Additionally, the “start payment” button does not properly interact with the “terms and conditions” checkbox.

I updated Hummingbird to version 1.0.1, unfortunately it didn’t help (prestashop 9.0.0). You can see what it looks like in the screenshots.

Can someone help? I really need to get the payments working on the shop as soon as possible.
