Clean up existing links in redlist.csv

Take a look at the links in the existing list and make sure they all go to the correct products.

Product links should go to a place where the product can be purchased. Publisher links should go to the main hub of a publisher if it exists. For smaller publishers, twitter or other links are okay.

Also remove everything after a question mark in any links, for example:

A link with extra information in it after the question mark:

The cleaned up link:
https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/234486/13th-Age-Glorantha
