Describe the bug
map处理器分配多个子任务执行后，将TaskTracker所在的worker停掉，任务实例执行显示
worker report timeout, maybe TaskTracker down，任务设置了instance的重试次数，没有生效，实例没有重启，任务直接显示失败，但是子任务还是在运行，最后子任务运行的worker也会报错
Expected behavior
1、TaskTracker所在的worker停止运行的情况下，实例报错，怎么重启实例
2、任务实例已经失败的情况下，子任务的运行怎么终止
Environment

  • PowerJob Version: 4.3.2
  • Java Version: OpenJDK 8
  • OS: [e.g. CentOS 8.1]
