听起来是个不错的设计，我们结合具体的需求来设计一下

我们公司想基于powerjob做一些增强，作为企业级调度中心。work端也会有一些公共检查机制，包括业务和技术方面。技术方面比如检查环境：所在数据中心、单元，不单单依赖服务端的调度；业务上做一些业务前置检查，不想在process里让业务开发人员关心这些公共机制。所以想看看有没有在process调起前的aop扩展，类似过滤器、拦截器这种。
