Describe the bug
点击停止按钮，接口返回成功，状态变为手动停止，刷新列表后，该实例状态又变成了运行中的状态，查看数据库 INSTANCE_INFO 表 result 已更新，但是状态仍然为3。

  • PowerJob Version: [4.3.5]
  • Java Version: [JDK 8]
  • OS: [CentOS 8.1]
