Problem
People cannot create their own pots right now,. Even though not on whitelist they could still access deploy pot page and then the pot page with their own links.
User Story(s):
- still keep whitelist on displaying front end on bos app
- allow anyone ot deploy a pot
- maybe on front end show official approved pots, and then all deployed pots
