Inclusions: the opposite of exclusions

Scenario

A guild member is an amazing human being it would like to volunteer Darth Revan, Darth Malak and Fallen Bastila.

In order to accommodate that fine human being, we need to manually adjust the assignments.

Enhancement request

Similar to Exclusions, but a sheet that the assignment algorithm will check to prioritize specific assignments to a player even if they are not the weakest.

Ideally, this would just be a new tab in the Exclusions sheet.
