We need a script which we can trigger manually with GitHub Actions every few weeks to update our training data.

part of #49

check for newly labeled stuff from label studio
apply keyword extraction to labeled data
reference a script to use NLP model to generate name and description for data sources #43
send to hugging face training-urls dataset, with batch ID
