extension gnome-shell-extension-zenbook-duo not working in ubuntu 24.04.1 and probably a bad installation asus-wmi-screenpad

Hello everyone

I can't get an extension to work with the Plippo/asus-wmi-screenpad module.

I asked for help on the extension I want to use here : lunaneff/gnome-shell-extension-zenbook-duo#17

everything is indicated in this request for help...

if someone can help me to succeed in doing the 2 installations correctly because obviously there must be one of the 2 that must not be installed correctly despite several attempts ....

I even formatted the computer several times in order to start again on a healthy Ubuntu base to try again.

I would really like to succeed in doing this in order to use the extension and be able to manage this second screen

i add the log file gnome_shell_logs.txt and zenbook_duo_logs.txt of this command : journalctl --user -b | grep gnome-shell > gnome_shell_logs.txt
and this command journalctl --user -b | grep zenbook-duo > zenbook_duo_logs.txt

i was told to share in case it could help you understand my problem
